Secure transport – Returns
In principle, the delivery is done every Tuesday, the sending of your order will be made upon receipt of the payment by the customer. The dates and delivery dates are only contractual insofar as they have been expressly confirmed as such by SO MAGIC (SOCI SILVANA) in written form.
Delivery of the ordered items can only be made in Europe.
If the selected carrier is unavailable, the delivery is made by a sender of the choice of SOCI SILVANA. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Current shipping prices can be found on SO MAGIC’s online store.
If the delivery is not exceptionally possible within the time specified by us, SOCI SILVANA (SO MAGIC) informs the customer in writing. The customer has a right of cancellation, which he must immediately exercise in written form.
We mainly work with Bpost’s delivery services.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
A complete paragraph concerning the delivery details is included in point 6-b of the general conditions of sale.
For a better understanding, here are some simple situations that will better illustrate the situation.
• You have received your parcel, the article reaches you in bad condition. • You have 14 days to notify us in writing (e-mail), from the date of delivery of the parcel to you.
• Optional: Take a picture to illustrate the fault.
• The costs of return are at our charge, we will refund you in cash OR the same article will be returned to you.
• The item must be returned to us within a maximum of 14 days, the date of dispatch being the proof.
• The item must not have been used.
• You have not received your package • Contact our SOCI SILVANA (SO MAGIC) specifying the number of your order.
